Good afternoon, hope you are both well.
I have been to the property to inspect all during the renovation works.
I have had consultation with Mark and everything is going to plan and looking great so far (from the behind the scenes stage). Although the team have and are currently adhering to dust mitigating measures, post the project, the property will require an entire clean, which I will of course attend to.
The cupboard is also in situ (looking great) and currently being ‘electrified’ for lighting and double socket.
I asked the electrician to fit a double socket here and also the socket that has the new USB-C type along with the USB (normal) ability.
Please note that to enable the electrician to fit the electrics into the cupboard, he had to obtain cables in the wall behind and fish cables from there.
The process here is that the cut outs will be applied back to the wall and filled to ensure there is no hole. That leaves the painting. What are your intensions with regards painting that room or if you wish Napier to paint the area affected with existing colour, do you have the RAL colour available and they will touch this area up to make good?
