Visited the property on a sunny crisp dry Edinburgh mid afternoon.

All is well at no.46 and scanned mail has been uploaded to the scan section for you to view. Please note that the TV licence generally is payable should you even have a TV or laptop in your property so you may wish to consider this. I can take care of it for you if you wish? Let me know.

I will be taking the car for a drive on my next visit circa 2nd week in December 10th or 11th December.

NB: - your heating was at 19 and I moved it to 15 for you. If you want me to change this again please let me know and I visit to increase, however, for now I don’t think its necessary. You may wish to consider giving me access to your nest?
